Sellers may only list items that are:

  • Accurately described in condition, edition, and relevant attributes.

  • Catalog Circumvention: Attempting to sell unapproved or unauthorized items.
  • Misleading Descriptions: Providing deceptive product information.
  • Trust Abuse: Feedback manipulation, bait-and-switch tactics, or failure to fulfill orders.
  • False Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent refund requests or chargebacks after receiving an item.
  • General Misconduct: Any other activity thetcgmarket deems harmful to users or platform integrity.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and take corrective action. Corrective action may include:

  • Warnings or temporary restrictions.
  • Removal of listings.
  • Account suspension or termination.

4. Reporting Violations

All users are encouraged to report suspected violations. We investigate all reports seriously to maintain a safe and trusted marketplace.
